But Martha was distracted by her many tasks; so she came to him and asked, “Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to do all the work by myself? Tell her then to help me.” But the Lord answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and distracted by many things; there is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part, which will not be taken away from her.”

I’m a local minister and I’m on sick leave at the moment. Some comments have come from members of my church that I’m slacking. No! I’m taking this opportunity to get know my Saviour better and to sit at His feet and give him worship that is due and many tears have been shed and if my hair was long enough I would dry his feet with it.
Praise be to God who sits upon the throne and to the Lamb. Worthy are they to receive our priase and may they be glorified in the church and in heaven, for all eternity. Amen.
