2006-10-04 — Jesus needs to stay out of our bedrooms. We already feel inadequate enough in there.
Then in the house the disciples asked him again about this matter. He said to them, “Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her; and if she divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery.”
People were bringing little children to him in order that he might touch them; and the disciples spoke sternly to them. But when Jesus saw this, he was indignant and said to them, “Let the little children come to me; do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs. Truly I tell you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will never enter it.” And he took them up in his arms, laid his hands on them, and blessed them.

You asked for comments so here is one on should Jesus Be in the Bedroom. Answere is yes. Marriage is part of God’s Plan for mankind. Genesis 2:24. Marriage is also a picture of Christ and His Church. Thus marriage is holy and should not be broken. If you notice a lot of socital problems are due to Broken mariage vows or people just living together. Please forgive my spelling.
Isn’t the comment about feeling inadequate in the bedroom “man-think,” directed to the male portion of your audience only? Some of us prefer humor that’s gender-free!

I always wondered what God would say when a spouse be it man or woman have to finally leave in a situation of abuse. I know someone who stayed and finally had to … for fear of her life after close to 30 years of abuse
